Meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at the Village Hall, 3 West Main Street, at 7:00 p.m.
parKS/playgroundS/poolS:
Parks with picnic facilities are available on Mill Street and Munson Street Extension. Pavilion, comfort station, tennis courts
and baseball fields are at the Munson Street location. These facilities and baseball field may be reserved on a first come request
by calling the Village Hall. Playground facilities used during the summer are on Mill Street, tennis courts on Summit Street,
Genesee Park and Presidential Acres. The swimming and wading pool, weather permitting, will open from about June 24th
through August. All pool and park activities will be announced and advertised in the
Le Roy Pennysaver.
Awinter skating and
basketball program sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department will be conducted with the appropriate announcements
being made.
Building permit proCedureS:
Structural changes to a building, a new building, shed, garage, pool or new siding require a permit. Changes in the use of land
or building may require a permit. Interior remodeling in excess of $500.00 even without structural change requires a permit.

eleCtionS:
Village Elections are held every two years on the 3rd Tuesday in March. Voting times are 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. To register
to vote you must sign up through Genesee County Board of Elections.
aBSentee BallotS:
If you expect to be out of town on Election Day on business, vacation, student or a hospital patient, you may apply for an
absentee ballot by contacting the Clerk's Office either by phone, mail, or in person.
